FPM BOSTON REAL ESTATE is located in Dorchester, Massachusetts with investments throughout Massachusetts. The company's specific capabilities include acquisitions, permitting and repositioning underperforming assets. We also seek development opportunities. Depending on market conditions these properties could take a "sold or hold" strategy. In the case of holds we manage and lease the properties. We pride ourselves on building and fostering strong relationships with all our stakeholders. Our communities include but not limited to Dorchester, Boston, South Boston, Roxbury, East Boston, Mattapan, and Jamaica Plain. FPM has acquired, developed and managed over 500,000 square feet of residential, office, retail and flex assets. Being a small family operated firm we are able adapt to the markets demand and incorporate risk adjusted strategies to each project differently. Our projects range from ground up development, renovation to repositioning, value-added and buy and hold opportunities. Our commitment is to our investors, people, stakeholders, and communities.
